270 Park Avenue, also known as the JPMorgan Chase Tower and formerly the Union Carbide Building, is a skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, designed by Natalie de Blois for Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Built in 1961 in the space formerly occupied by the 12-story, stone-faced Rennaissance Revival Hotel Marguery built in 1917, it served as the headquarters for Union Carbide until the company moved to Danbury, Connecticut in 1983. It is currently the world headquarters for JPMorgan Chase. The building is tall and contains 52 floors. The building is currently undergoing a full renovation in order to achieve a LEED Platinum certification.〔 It was used in exterior shots as the headquarters for the "World Wide Wicket Company" in the movie ''How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying''. ==See also==
